Refund & Replacement Policy

At Orbit Multiprint, we take great pride in the quality of our printing and packaging. Each product is custom-made as per your approved artwork and specifications. As all jobs are personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds once printing is completed. However, we do offer replacements in genuine cases as outlined below.

1. No Refund or Cancellation After Printing

  • All print orders are customized and produced only after artwork approval and payment confirmation.
  • Once printing has started, no cancellation, modification, or refund can be issued.
  • In case you wish to cancel before printing begins, it may be accepted at our discretion and will incur administrative or processing charges.

2. Eligibility for Replacement

Replacement requests will be considered only if:

  • The printed product differs from the approved artwork (in design, quantity, or specifications).
  • There is a manufacturing or printing defect clearly visible on the product.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photographs and a written explanation.

After verification, Orbit Multiprint may reprint or replace the affected quantity at no additional cost.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacements or refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Color variation within acceptable industry limits (up to ±10%).
  • Errors in artwork, spelling, layout, or design approved by the customer.
  • Low-resolution or poor-quality files provided by the client.
  • Delay caused by courier or transport companies.
  • Damage occurring after delivery due to mishandling or exposure to moisture, sunlight, or rough use.
  • Designs created using online tools (like Canva) showing color differences from digital to print.

4. Reporting a Complaint

To request a replacement, please email the following details to orbitmultiprint@gmail.com:

  • Order ID and invoice number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the defect or error
  • Preferred resolution (reprint or replacement)

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and contact you for verification.

5. Return of Defective Products

In some cases, we may request the return of defective products for inspection. The return shipping cost will be borne by Orbit Multiprint only if the issue is confirmed to be on our end.

6. Refund (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases where:

  • Replacement is not feasible due to product unavailability or production constraints.
  • The order was canceled before printing began.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the same payment method used for purchase.
