Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Orbit Multiprint, we aim to deliver your printing orders safely, quickly, and cost-effectively anywhere in India. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery process for all orders placed through our website or directly with our team.
1. Delivery Coverage
We provide delivery services across India through multiple reliable modes:
- Courier Service
- Transport Service
- Travels Service
- Pickup from Store (Ahmedabad)
Customers can select their preferred delivery method at checkout or while placing an offline order.
2. Shipping Modes & Charges
a) Courier Service
Ideal for small and medium-sized orders.
Charges are calculated based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.s
b) Transport Service
Suitable for bulk or heavy consignments.
- Fixed charge: For Packing and Forwarding
- Delivery to nearest transport office as per customer’s preference.
- Receiver must coordinate pickup from the transport location.
c) Travels Service
Fast and safe option for time-sensitive deliveries.
- Fixed charge: For Packing and Forwarding
- Delivery through popular travel operators as per route availability.
- Receiver must collect the parcel from the specified travels office.
d) Pickup from Store
Customers can choose to collect their orders directly from our printing facility in Ahmedabad.
- No additional charge (Free Pickup).
Pickup available during business hours only: Monday–Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed only after full payment and final artwork approval.
- Standard production time varies based on the product and quantity.
- Once dispatched, the customer will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, or SMS (if available).
4. Delivery Time Estimates
- Courier: 2–7 working days (depending on location).
- Transport/Travels: 1–5 working days (depending on route and availability).
- Pickup: Same day or next working day after production completion.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates only. Orbit Multiprint is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, transport partners, or external factors such as strikes, weather, or natural calamities.
5. Order Tracking
For Courier shipments, customers will receive a tracking number after dispatch.
For Transport or Travels deliveries, our team will share the consignment or parcel details to coordinate pickup.
6. Damage or Missing Parcels
- Customers must check parcels upon receipt.
- Any visible damage or shortage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
- We only Responsible if Damage is Happened by us not responsible for Travels / Transport.
7. Delivery Address
Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
Orbit Multiprint is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
